This winter, we’re offering a 6-week Fall Development training program for 13U and 15U players through 101 Sports Academy for players who want to continue developing their skills during the offseason!

 

The program combines strength and conditioning with weekly hitting sessions, with small training groups to ensure each athlete receives individual attention. Space is limited to approximately 24 players.

 

PROGRAM DATES
November 2 – December 13, 2026

 

1. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING — 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK (TUES & SUN)

Location: 672 Leg in Boot Square

Athletes attend both Tuesday and Sunday sessions, with each session lasting 1-hour. Training will be organized into small groups of approximately 8 athletes.

  • Tuesdays:  November 3, 10, 17, 24; December 1, 8
  • Sundays:  November 8, 15, 22, 29; December 6, 13
  • Available time slots:  Tuesdays, 5:00–8:00 PM; Sundays, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM (this will be assigned by 101)

 

2. HITTING — 1 SESSION PER WEEK (MON OR FRI)

Location: Nanaimo Park batting cage

 

Athletes attend one hitting session per week, choosing either Monday or Friday.  Each session is 1-hour, with small groups of 4 athletes.

  • Mondays:  November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; December 7
  • Fridays:  November 6, 13, 20, 27; December 4, 11
  • Available time slots:  4:30–8:30 PM on either day (this will be assigned by 101)

 

PROGRAM COST: $480

The full 6-week program includes:

  • 12 strength and conditioning sessions
  • 6 hitting sessions
  • 18 training sessions in total

REFUND POLICY

Administrative Fee:  There is a $25 non-refundable fee for all withdrawals to cover the league's registration and credit card transaction costs.
