2026 Hit-A-Thon Details

• Players receive hits based off the amount they raised.
• Players with the longest hits will have their achievements recorded on this website.
• For every $20 a player raises they receive an extra hit. Bell curved soft hit cap in effect for time purposes.
• All hits will be off of the tee.
• 20% of net funds will be donated to KidSport BC, Covenant House Vancouver and the Vancouver Canadian's Foundation.

When

Update: The Hit-a-Thon has been rescheduled to Friday July 10th 2026 at Nanaimo Park. The original June 21st date unfortunately fell on Father’s Day, which would have created scheduling conflicts for many families. We appreciate your understanding as we move the event to a better date.

Fundraising has been spectacular so far — thank you to all the players, families, and supporters who have already stepped up and contributed!

How To Start

• Select your team from the Live Team Leaderboard Below
• Click on the 'Fundraise' button with the arrow.
• Make sure your team is selected.
• Fill in your players info and your e-mail address.
• Campaign target may be set to anything.
• Click Join.
• You will be emailed and provided your fundraising link.
• Share the player's hit-a-thon page with family and friends.
• Encourage your player to fundraise for themselves.
• Donations will automatically be credited to the individual player and their team.

Pro Tips

• You may use tinyurl.com to shorten your fundraising link so it is easier to distribute.
• You may also try qrcode-monkey.com to generate a QR code to make it easier to fundraise. The player just needs to show the QR code to anyone wishing to make a donation and after scanning it they will be brought to their donation page.
• With a printed page and QR code players can fundraise for themselves accepting donations with a scan.

Individual prizes are unlocked based on the total amount fundraised by each athlete.

• $300: Mounties Hat
• $450: Mounties Hoodie
• $700: Mounties Jacket
• $1,500: All of the above (T-Shirt, Hat, Hoodie, & Jacket)
• $3,000: All of the above PLUS a Trey Yesavage jersey!
• Top Earner: High-End Baseball Bat

Distance Champions

The boy and girl from each division with the longest recorded distance will win a new baseball bat!

Team Challenges

🏆 Early Bird Winners: 15U Pirates. The Pirates edged out the 13U Red Sox to claim the highest-earning team prize before the June 1st deadline — well done.

The highest earning team at the conclusion of the event will win their choice of a Team Pizza Party or an Ernest's Ice Cream Party.

Club Stretch Goal

If the entire club exceeds $30,000 in donations, one of the top 3 earners will be drawn to win a PlayStation 5 Pro with MLB The Show 26!
